Posture Alignment Hip Pain Relief!
Hip Pain
The Hips are a magnificent joint, the key part of the pelvic girdle. From the waist down we run, kick, jump. From the waist up we throw, climb, paint, lift heavy objects. All of this is made possible by a pelvis that has minimum of moving parts and a maximum of strength and flexibility.
All
vertebrates, have backbones, but none of them our lucky enough
to have anything like our pelvis. Without the pelvis as a
platform that offers a stable and flat surface, the spine would
be horizontal.
Muscles Can Regain Strength and Balance
Our therapy is unique in recognizing that programs succeed only when they treat bodies as a unit. They will readily return to their proper function with a moderate amount of encouragement.

Inflammation and Synovial Fluid
Yet hip pain has been relatively common. Blamed on for aging. If doctors find inflammation and or cartilage deterioration, they usually diagnose the condition as arthritis, the word in Latin means inflammation
In addition to the cartilage that coats the head of the femur, the hip joint also has an interior lining known as synovial, which secrets fluid that acts as a lubricant. The synovium is there to protect the joint, and when there is an unusual amount of friction it generates an unusual amount of fluid which restricts hip movement.
.

Inflammation is caused by misalignment of the shoulders, hips, knee, and ankles, which necessitates a compensating moment in the hip joint. The head of the femur loses its proper relationship to the other joints and as a result, experiences extra rotation, and grinding in the hip joint.
After years of pounding and grinding cartilage begins scraping away, and restricting the joints range, and your gait pattern changes. In addition is pieces of cartilage dislodge and interfere with movement. At this point your expert will recommend a hip replacement. But always ask your expert what was the cause of this pain. Change worn tires without aligning the car is just asking for trouble sooner or later.
Since cartilage loss is regarded as irreversible and since, once it is gone there seems no way out but to operate and replace. But the alternative is to encourage the hips to resume their proper design alignment by reengaging the muscles which will remove the point pressure that has been gouging out the cartilage relieving the strain and pain. Laboratory experiments in Sweden show that under the right conditions cartilage light any other tissue may grow. Moreover sports practitioners have long recognize that athletes increase their cartilage density and shock absorbing capacity with proper training.
